Adult Supervision
Guardians remain responsible for their children during the party. We warmly encourage adults to join in, take part, and enjoy the forest school experience alongside the children.

Participants
All children attending, including siblings, count towards the total number of participants. Babies in slings or buggies do not count toward the total. Our activities are designed for children aged 3+.

Party Duration & Timing
Parties can be booked for:

• 2 hours – includes 1.5 hours of leader-led forest school activities plus time for party food and cake

• 2.5 hours – includes 2 hours of leader-led activities plus time for party food and cake

Parties usually begin at 10:00am and finish at 12:00pm or 12:30pm, depending on the party length, unless otherwise arranged. Alternative timings may be requested.

Fees
Party prices include woodland hire and the use of the event space for the duration of your booking.

• £205 – 2 hour party

• £235 – 2.5 hour party

Extended stays or use of specific facilities (such as The Cookhouse at Wilderness Wood) may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Please include your preferred duration and location in your booking enquiry form if known.

Leave No Trace
We follow a strict Leave No Trace approach to caring for the woodland. Please bring one or two bin bags to help ensure we leave the space exactly as we found it.

All party enquiries must be submitted through our booking enquiry form. Please include your preferred dates, party length, location (if known), and any activity ideas.

We will then check availability with the woodland site and confirm the details.

Please note: bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

• Activities led by a fully qualified Level 3 Forest School Leader

• Full public liability insurance for all sessions

• Woodland location hire

• All equipment and materials needed for the activities

• Optional: A campfire experience during the session (please note: you will need to bring your own firewood)

Party Arrival – 10:00am
Your party begins at 10:00am, where the group will be welcomed to the woodland and introduced to the session.

Forest School Activities – 10:00–11:30am
From 10:00 to 11:30, children will take part in a range of forest school activities curated around your chosen party theme. These hands-on, nature-based activities are designed to be fun, engaging, and adventurous.

Party Food & Cake – 11:30am–12:00pm
From 11:30 to 12:00, it’s time to gather together for party food and cake.

Please note that you will need to bring your own party food/ drinks/cake for this part of the celebration.

Select Your Party Length
Decide how long you’d like the party to be. You can choose between a 2-hour party (including 1.5 hours of activities) or a 2.5-hour party (including 2 hours of activities), depending on how much time you’d like for the fun.

Complete the Booking Form
Fill in the party booking form with all the key details, including your preferred location, party size, and contact information. If you already know which activities you’d love to include, feel free to suggest them. Please also include a few preferred dates so we can liaise with the woodland sites and check availability.

Confirm Your Party
Once we’ve checked availability with the woodland site, we’ll confirm the details and send payment information. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received, so your date will only be secured once payment is completed.
