Join us for our nurturing, child-led Hares Forest School sessions in the beautiful woodland in Barcombe. We offer a warm, creative, and supportive space for young children and their grown-ups to learn, explore, and grow together.

Led by our wonderful Forest School leader, Kat, this weekly playgroup is open to all children aged 0–7. It’s a perfect introduction to outdoor adventures, where little ones can learn through play, discovery, and a gentle connection with the natural world.

Children are encouraged to explore, create, imagine, and connect at their own pace, supported by qualified Forest School practitioner.. Sessions include opportunities for imaginative play, tool use, seasonal nature crafts, fire-lighting, and noticing the changing woodland around us. Activities are always invitations, never expectations.
